Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Luna HR platform operated by A2Z Tech Ltd (“Luna HR”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Customer” refers to the organisation that subscribes to Luna HR. “User” refers to any individual granted access to the platform by the Customer.
2. Service Description
Luna HR is a cloud-based human resources management platform providing modular features including leave management, expense tracking, training, performance management, recruitment, and other HR tools. The specific features available depend on the Customer's subscription plan and enabled modules.
3. Account and Access
- Customers are responsible for managing User access and permissions within their organisation
- Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials secure
- You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorised access to the platform
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Subscription and Billing
Luna HR offers a modular pricing model. Customers select which modules they need and pay based on the number of active users.
- Free tier — up to 5 users with all modules included, no payment required
- Paid plans — billed monthly or annually per active user, per enabled module
- A 14-day free trial is provided for new accounts with full access to all features
- Customers may change their module selection or user count at any time — billing adjusts accordingly
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Data Ownership
The Customer retains full ownership of all data entered into the platform. Luna HR does not claim any ownership rights over Customer data.
- Customers may export their data at any time using the platform's export features
- Upon account termination, Customer data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is agreed
- We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement purposes
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Use the platform to store or process data unrelated to HR management
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the Luna HR platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
The Luna HR platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of A2Z Tech Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as described herein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Luna HR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for decisions made by your organisation based on data or reports generated by the platform
10. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Luna HR harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Customer's use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice
- We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
- Data export and retention are governed by Section 5 of these Terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Customers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
