Frequently asked questions
How does training assignment work?
Define a training matrix per role: which courses are required, the renewal cycle, and the evidence required. Luna auto-assigns the right courses to each employee based on their role and tracks completion.
Does Luna HR send renewal reminders?
Yes. Each course has a validity period (1 year, 3 years, etc.). Luna sends configurable reminders to the employee and their manager before expiry.
Can I upload training certificates?
Yes. Employees or admins can upload certificates as evidence of external training. Certificates are auto-filed to the employee's cabinet.
Does Luna HR include training content?
Luna includes the security awareness library (phishing, cyber). For other content, we integrate with third-party providers and accept your own course materials. We're not an LMS replacement.
Can I report on training compliance?
Yes. The compliance dashboard shows training status by employee, by course, by department — flagging anyone overdue or near expiry. Exportable for inspection.
