What does Luna AI do?
Luna AI is an in-product assistant that answers HR questions in natural language, drafts policies, summarises documents in the filing cabinet, and surfaces the right Luna feature for the question being asked. It runs across the whole platform, not just one module.
Does Luna AI use my data to train its models?
No. Luna AI runs on third-party model providers under enterprise agreements with no training on customer data. Your conversations and documents are never used to improve any model.
Which model powers Luna AI?
Luna AI is provider-agnostic. Today it runs on Google Gemini 2.5; the architecture lets us switch to Anthropic Claude or another provider by changing a configuration constant. Customer data handling is identical regardless of provider.
Can I disable Luna AI for some users or some data?
Yes. Luna AI is gated by the same role-and-permission system as the rest of the platform. Admins can disable it module-wide, restrict it to specific roles, or exclude specific document categories from indexing.
Is Luna AI included in the price?
Yes for the Pro plan. On the Core plan, Luna AI is available as an add-on module priced per user per month — like the other modules.
